A Chef de Partie with excellent all round skills and knowledge is required by this 4 star, award winning hotel resort.
Beautifully located amidst acres of countryside this 4 star resort would like to recruit a Chef de Partie, to work within their multi outlet kitchen. The establishment boasts a wide variety of sport, leisure and health facilities. Dining options include a rosette accredited brasserie restaurant with a continental menu and a carvery restaurant for guests desiring a less formal menu and atmosphere. Also available are extensive conference and banqueting facilities which are popular with a wide range of cliental.
The successful candidate will have an opportunity to work across all sections of the kitchen, assisting the senior chefs in the successful running of the establishment. The position would suit individuals who have a desire to learn and progress and those who really thrive under pressure in a busy multi outlet environment.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Previous Chef de Partie experience in a multi-outlet establishment is essential for this position, applicants must be comfortable with quality volume cooking. Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent and a full understanding of food safety and hygiene. It is also necessary that all applicants have a stable CV with excellent references.
