Set in a modern building, this impressive four-star hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and offers high levels of service at all times. Your experience and in fine dining and banqueting as well as an excellent knowledge of fish and fresh produce, complemented by your previous experience in rosette accredited establishments.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Must have NVQ level 1&2 or equivalent
Must have a full understanding of food safety and hygiene.
Must have a banqueting background,
Must have volume experience
Should be able to work well under pressure and be a good organiser.
