A multi outlet specialist fish restaurant in East Sussex seeks a talented and motivated Sous Chef to join the brigade.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a restaurant that creates rosette standard dishes from the fresh local produce including the local fishing fleet.
This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to learn and develop in the kitchen.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience at this level. Experience in pastry would be an advantage however is not essential.
