This fantastic property in East Yorkshire is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to help push for a Michelin Star.
This is a delightful country house hotel, with individually styled bedrooms with restaurant and banqueting facilities. The restaurant offers a fantastic menu, with ingredients sourced fresh from small specialist producers in Yorkshire. And currently boasts 2AA Rosettes.
As Sous Chef your responsibilities will include menu writing, costings and training of the junior Chefs.
