This great property in beautiful Derbyshire is looking to recruit a fantastic Head Chef to lead the Kitchen Brigade. This multi outlet establishment caters for a large number of clients, both corporate and leisure in beautiful surroundings.
Duties of this Head Chef role will include:
•Taking charge of the properties restaurants
•Dealing with banqueting
•Maintaining the properties high standards
•Working as part of a team
•Managing finance within the kitchen
•Leading and motivating members of staff
•Compiling menus
•Ordering stock
•Costings
•Budgets
The working pattern for this Head Chef position will be as the business requires and will be reporting to the Deputy General Manager.
Candidates for this position will be strong in the Head Chef role with a experience in rosette standard properties. Individuals should be good leaders with confidence in all area’s of the kitchen. Confidence is essential as is a creative approach to great food. Fluency in the financial aspects of the kitchen is also essential.
