Chef de Partie – Superb Cumbria Hotel – Rosette for Fine Dining
This exceptional 3 star riverside hotel in Cumbria is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie for their rosette accredited restaurant. The property has over 40 rooms and an award winning fine dining restaurant and is situated in a beautiful location. The establishment is currently looking to recruit a fantastic Chef de Partie to join this great brigade.
Duties of this Chef de Partie will include:
•Maintaining the establishments excellent standards
•Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
•Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
•Monitoring stock
•Working to a high standard at all times
The working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires Chef de Partie will be reporting to the Head Chef.
Candidates for this Chef de Partie position must be enthusiastic and keen with a wealth if experience in great restaurants. You must have strong skills on all areas of the kitchen and confidence to follow your own initiative as well as effectively following orders.
