The responsibilities of this Commis Chef position will include:

•Professionalism and dedication
•Maintaining the high standards of this restaurant
•Supporting senior chefs as required
•Preparing food prior to service
•Working effectively as part of a dedicated team
•Taking part in training and skill development

The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as the business requires. Commis Chef will be reporting to the Head Chef.

Candidates for this Commis Chef position must have a sound grounding in good culinary establishments. You must be hardworking and determined to progress in your career. You must be organised and motivated with high standards and attention to detail. You must be committed to your chosen career and display skill and enthusiasm in everything you do.
