The duties of this Junior Sous Chef position will include:
•Ensuring standards are maintained and bettered at all times
•Motivating and leading the brigade to achieve excellent results
•Developing dishes and menu ideas
•Supporting the head and sous chef with ordering, stock control, GPs, costing when required to do so
•Training, coaching and supporting the brigade
•Ensuring Health and Safety legislation is adhered to at all times
•Maintaining the high standards of the establishment and working to enhance the restaurants reputation
•Ensuring the smooth running of the sections and kitchen overall
•Motivating and coaching brigade
•Supporting the kitchen management team in achieving section gross profit and department budget achievement
•Stock control

The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven as and when business requires.
