Quality Chef de Parties with rosette backgroundare required for this exceptional 4 Star rosette accredited hotel in St AndrewsScotland! We are looking for a creative and career minded individuals who wants to take their next step working for a nationally recognised group.
The Role:
This luxury 4 Star hotel houses an exceptionally busy Rosette-accredited restaurant and is currently seeking Chef de Parties to join their existing brigade. You will assist in the operation of the kitchen, developing yourself and your team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you must have previous experience as a CDP within a similar 2 rosette property. Enthusiastic and professional individualsare required for this property who must be familiar with all areas of the kitchen. As Chef de Partie, you will be required to hold a section in this busy kitchen, train junior chefs and assist in maintaining Health & Hygiene standards of the kitchen. You will need to be passionate about food and will undertake the preparation of food in all area’s and maintain a quality food offering.

Qualifications/ Experience required:
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie within a similar rosette accredited property is essential for this position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of a section of the kitchen and the production of food to an exceptionally high standard.
