Wage: £17,000 per annum

This renowned Hotel Group is looking to recruit Chef de Parties at their stunning property in St Andrews. As a large Hotel there are a number of restaurants and dining opportuinites throughout the property including their award winning restaurant. TheHotel also has abusy conference and banqueting department.

The duties of this Chef de Partie position will include:

•Maintaining the establishments excellent standards
•Working effectively as part of the kitchen brigade
•Working on all sections of the kitchen as required by the Head Chef
•Monitoring stock and controlling costs
•Working to a high standard at all times
•Keen eye for detail

The Working pattern for this position will be five days out of seven.

Candidates for this position must have a solid experience at Chef de Partie level in high end establishments, preferably with rosette kitchens. Applicants must be willing to learn and develop their skills in a new environment. Chefs must have the confidence and skill to run their own station. You must be able to demonstrate a real passion for food and take pride in your work.
