As Chef de Partie you must be capable of preparing food to a high standard.
Our client is a relaxed and stylish restaurant offering an imaginative menu working only with fresh produce.
As part of the brigade it is essential that your communication skills are excellent, and that you have strong commitment to your career and a passion for food.
With a willingness to learn and progress, experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years experience from a stable background preferably Rosette.
- due to the location of the property a car driver is an advantage
