Our client is looking to recruit and ambitious Commis Chef to join their brigade of talented chefs.
Situated in Derbyshire, this fantastic 4 star Hotel features individually designed en-suite bedrooms equipped with the most refined and exquisite amenities. They also provide banqueting facilities for up to 100 covers, which are extremely popular with wedding parties.
The award winning restaurant offers cuisine of an exceptional standard in an elegant and glamorous setting.
The menu is simple yet sophisticated using the best fresh, local products.
As a Commis Chef you will be responsible of providing support to Senior Chefs, mantaining the highest level of hygiene possible at all times. You should be able to follow instructions to detail and work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
The ideal candidate must have some previous experience as a Commis Chef in a similar quality property. Rosette experience is a plus. You must be willing to learn and progress, have passion for your career and excellent communication skills.
